Refund & Cancellation Policy

Buy Local Bryan operates as a subscription-based membership organization providing access to networking events, lunches, and promotional opportunities.

Because membership benefits are granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited.

Membership Billing

  • Memberships are billed annually

  • Memberships auto-renew each term unless canceled

  • Pricing may vary by membership tier

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing errors

  • Membership cancellation within 3 business days of initial signup

    • Must not have attended any events

    • Must not have used promotional benefits

After this period, membership fees are non-refundable.

Event Attendance

Failure to attend events does not qualify for a refund.

Membership grants access to events, not guaranteed attendance.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • Current membership remains active until expiration

  • No prorated refunds for unused time
